The Experience
From the beginning, this project was a full rebuild of the client-facing journey. Together we:
- Audited her entire Dubsado account, identified outdated forms, broken links, and missing steps
- Mapped out the full inquiry → discovery call → proposal → onboarding experience
- Created fully custom, branded forms, questionnaires, contracts, and proposals that reflected her firm’s visual identity
- Built a seamless proposal system where clients choose their package and auto-populate the correct contract and invoice
- Established three core workflows: inquiry, proposal, and onboarding
