The Complete Dubsado Set-up
Brooks Branding is a a brand and website design business who specializes in hand-drawn details for clients. When Brooks Branding hired us for their Dubsado setup, they were booking out month after month. The only problem was that the busier they got, the less organized and together everything felt. With a business in high-demand and a small but growing team, they needed a streamlined system that worked for their unique process.
Goal for the project
The goal for this Dubsado setup was clear. We needed to create a system that helped Pateley, the founder and CEO, feel more confident in her sales system. She wanted to create more time in her process without sacrificing her professionalism and high-quality work. We needed something seamless, efficient, and most importantly — scalable.

The Experience
I brought my experience of working with dozens of designers over the last 4 years to evaluate Pateley's currently process. We identified any bottlenecks that weren't quite working for her offers, and added touch points that elevated her client communication.
We built 5 workflows, broken up into phases, that accommodated her services across her branding and website offers.
Pateley and Jess worked closely together throughout the first week to finalize the strategy that would serve as the framework for the workflows and automations. The Aisé team then spent two weeks writing all of the workflow emails, custom coding + wireframing the forms, setting up the account, and building the workflows ahead of final approval. Once final approval was given, we completed the account andactivated all workflows. Pateley was trained on how to use the system, and her 30 day support period with the Aisé team was activated.
The outcome
In total, we created 87 automations, built 8 forms, wrote 52 emails, and set up an entire system for Pateley to use daily. She went from jumping around constantly between different platforms, spending lots of money on unnecessary integrations, editing every proposal and contract for each client, losing track of emails and following up on items because so much of it was getting stored only in her brain to feeling so much more organized, efficient and professional both internally and client-facing.
